Hi there! My name is Emma and I had been at a local City Municipal Shelter for five month. Everyone there loved to watch me be the Rockstar of the little dogs’ playgroup! I am dog friendly with small dogs (although I can be selective at times) and I have shared a small kennel with other dogs. My current foster mom is a cofounder of this rescue and had watched me interact with multiple small dogs and volunteers during my time at the shelter. I have also proved to be a very good girl at mobile adoption events interacting with the general public and volunteers who I never met before. My point is, I am resilient and I love people!
Now I want to find my forever family with the perfect lap. I am a little nervous at first with strangers, but once I know you, I will love you and appreciate you more than you can believe! Just take a look at my photos! I attended the Bay Area Pet Faire with a bazillion people and dogs and I only barked at the big dogs. I am cautiously curious about cats and anything bigger than me. I guess because I am only 8lbs. I am currently being fostered in a home with several dogs and a cat. I am doing well with the resident dogs, but the cat I just don’t understand. I am housetrained, crate trained and love to play with balls and squeaky toys.
